How much biotin is in one strip?
5,000mcg of biotin, with 400mcg of folate and 20mcg (800 IU) of vitamin D3. Every amount is printed on the tin.
How long before I see a difference?
Hair and nails grow slowly, so most people give a routine like this around three months of daily use before judging it. Everyone is different, and we cannot promise a result.
Can biotin affect blood tests?
Yes. High-dose biotin can interfere with some lab tests, including thyroid and cardiac tests. Tell your doctor you take it before any blood test.
Can biotin affect my skin?
Some people report breakouts when taking high-dose biotin. If you notice changes you are unhappy with, stop taking it and speak to your doctor.
Can I take more than one a day?
