Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in the US.

Shipping costs

• Subscriptions: free standard shipping on every delivery.
• One time orders of $40 or more: free standard shipping.
• One time orders under $40: $4.95 standard shipping.

Delivery times

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping is by USPS and typically arrives 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, especially around public holidays.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Subscription deliveries get a tracking link each time they ship.

Address problems and lost parcels

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch. If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, email us and we will help locate it or arrange a replacement.
