Cancellation policy
This policy explains how strupps subscriptions work. By starting a subscription you agree to these terms.
Plans and pricing
- Monthly: 1 tin (30 strips) delivered every month for $33.00.
- Every 3 months: 3 tins (90 strips) delivered every 3 months for $75.99.
Shipping is free on every subscription delivery. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout.
Billing
Your first payment is taken when you place your order. After that your subscription renews automatically and the card on file is charged on each renewal date (every month or every 3 months, depending on your plan) until you cancel. We email you before every renewal so you know a charge is coming.
Managing your subscription
Log in to your account at any time to skip a delivery, change your delivery date, swap strips, update your payment details or address, or cancel. Changes need to be made before your next renewal date to apply to that delivery.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee and no minimum term. Cancel from your account or email hello@getstrupps.com. Once cancelled, you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not refund deliveries that have already been charged, but unopened, unused tins can be returned within 30 days of delivery under our refund policy.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will email you and retry the payment over the following days. If it still cannot be taken, your subscription will be paused or cancelled and nothing further will ship until payment is updated.
Price changes
If we ever change the price of your subscription, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, so you have time to cancel if you wish.
