Can biotin affect blood tests?
Yes. High-dose biotin can interfere with some lab tests, including thyroid and cardiac tests. Tell your doctor you take it before any blood test.
Can biotin affect my skin?
Some people report breakouts when taking high-dose biotin. If you notice changes you are unhappy with, stop taking it and speak to your doctor.
Can I take more than one a day?
No. The recommended maximum is one strip a day.
