It is a modest dose, and L-theanine is included to keep it smooth. Everyone reacts to caffeine differently, so count it with any coffee or energy drinks you have that day.

Whenever you would reach for a coffee. Most people use it in the early afternoon. Avoid taking it close to bedtime.
Can I take more than one a day?
No. The recommended maximum is one strip a day.
Who should not take it?

Where is it made and where does it ship from?
Every strip is made for us in a GMP-certified facility in India, then shipped from our US warehouse. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days by USPS, and your tracking link comes by email as soon as it ships.
